Surfing is a great full body workout, As well as hitting you hard aerobically. Nothing prepares you for surf fitness better than surfing itself; however for those flat days when you want to stay surf fit and you want to keep the right muscles in working order, the Core team can help with a surf specific training program.
Using our Gravity™ machines we are able to mimic the movements that occur at the shoulder during surfing, building muscular and cardiovascular endurance, all while improving mobility and flexibility throughout the whole body.
