If you want to change the way you look, feel and even the way you move then Pilates is for you.

The more obvious benefits of the Pilates include improved posture, less incidence of back pain, improved flexibility, greater strength, muscle tone and the BIG ONE great pelvic floor strength!

The 8 principles of Pilates include...

relaxation

co-ordination

alignment

breathing

centering

concentration

stamina

flowing movements

In addition to these wonderful changes, Helen and her team create  social classes often filled with topical health discussions.  We at The Core encourage the classes to ask questions and develop a strong awareness of their own bodies.

Equipment, including mats, balls and bands are supplied by The Core.
