In order to gain the most benefit from Nordic walking, it is vital that you learn the correct technique from a qualified instructor. Here at the Core, we have two qualified Nordic walking instructors ready to get you walking and working!  All equipment is supplied.

Nordic Walking is a great way to get your whole body moving and to significantly improve the condition of your muscles, heart and lungs. Once you have learned the technique you will be able to include it into your everyday life and walk alone, with friends and family or with the Core studios group. This year The Core will be launching its first 5 day Nordic Walking Experience at The Budock Vean Hotel. This involves not only a fantastic 5 days of Nordic Walking training in the beautiful surroundings of the Budock Vean Hotel, You will have an opportunity to experience Spiezia treatments from the Spa and healthy workshops lead by your training team.  This week will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, increased muscle tone with even weight loss!
