Body Balance™

bodybalanceFrom the popular Les Mill’s class portfolio, BODY BALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life – a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being.

A new Body Balance instructor will be joining our team in May.  Maria will be starting her own class on Saturday mornings at 10am.  Come along an support her.  We welcome her to our Core Family.
