Baggy Tee

Baggy Tee Class

baggyThe one where it all began!  This is one of Helen's original classes.  Baggy Tee has evolved over the years and is considered a great return to fitness class.

The class rules stipulate large t-shirts! This ensures everyone is equal, inspires confidence and unifies the class. Rather than Jane Fonda, its exercise with a sense of humour and aims to bring the fun back into fitness.

An all round conditioning class which is progressive and as your fitness increase so does your input and energy into this class. Great for weight loss and those looking for a starting point for a fitness class.

This class sits at a similar level to Les Mills Body Vive. Fun, vibrant and fizzing with energy.

This class is not on the current timetable but it will be back soon.

 

Baggy Tee Programme

This programme has been developed by Helen Tite and her team. Originally developed for Newquay GP Practises.  A longer term course, meeting 2 hours every week for 20 weeks.  During these sessions not only will you be inspired and motivated by fitness but you will learn about your personal nutrition, your fitness capabilities and have coaching and mentoring to help you achieve your primary weight loss goals.

Those who are overweight often have secondary conditions or co-morbidities.  The Core's highly skilled trainers can safely train you, with a full understanding of your health and health concerns. 

Other benefits include inch loss, medication reductions due to increased well being, improved heart health, better sleep patterns, increased confidence and self esteem.
